I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, a modality that helps people overcome injuries, chronic pain, and postural dysfunction by lengthening shortened muscles, deactivating trigger points, balancing muscle groups, and adjusting activities to promote healing and functioning of the body. I also offer Swedish and Deep Tissue therapy.
